Last day - flight - Letzter Tag - Flug

On my way to Sydney. i am at the airport now and the thought of no cigarette for the next 16hours (they do not have smoking areas in the terminal) is slightly freaking me out. So I figured I stay outside as long as possible and post my last one from today.

I did not do much today, apart from doing some souvenir shopping. Got my t-shirt from the Hard Rock Cafe and went to pick up another piece for my bracelet. It is a tiny fish as a saymbol for San Francisco. The weather was awesome yet again and now that I am leaving it is supposed to be even warmer than it was the last couple of days. Thankfully the weather in Sydney is about the same, so change for me there.




Again I took a stroll around to relax and mentally prepare for my flight. I did fit everything into my backpack and am kinda proud of that too. When I got to the aiport they told me that I did not get the seat I had reserved and I was put further back in the plane. Not a prospect I am looking forward to, But I am on the list in case a window seat becomes available further in the front.

I went to Yerba Buena Garden which was nice and had a good Starbucks at Union square, aweseome weather for that. Off to down under now!!! See you all in a couple of days :).

 Bin grad auf dem Flughafen. Da ich die naechsten ca. 16 Stunden nicht rauchen darf und es im Terminal keine Raucherecken gibt, hab ich beschlossen so lange wie moeglich draussen zu bleiben, da mich die lange Flug doch langsam nervoes macht.

 Ich habe heute nicht viel gemacht nur ein bischen Souvenir shoppen. ich war im Hard Rock Cafe (ja ich habe das T-shirt :) ) und bin ein wenig am Pier rumgelaufen. Dann habe ich mir noch eine Manikuere und Pedikuere gegoennt und ne tolle hand/Fuss massage bekommen.

 Danach bin ich mit der Strassenbahn zum Yerba Buena Gardens gefahren, was auch schoen war. Dann gabs Starbucks- Kaffee am Union Square und zurueck zum Hostel, um zu duschen und nochmals zu packen. Ich habe alles, man glaubt es kaum, in den Rucksack bekommen.
Leider habe ich den Sitz den ich gebucht habe nicht bekommen, weil es nicht garantiert war.Ich sitze nun in reihe 65 und habe aber gesagt bekommen wenn ein platz weiter vorn am Fenster frei wird, kann ich den kriegen. Wir werden sehen.

 Jetzt gehts ab in den Flieger und nach Down under. Das Wetter war wieder toll und es wird in den naechsten Tagen noch waermer. aber egal, in Sydney waren es heute morgen schon 19Grad. Also verpasse ich da nicht viel. Es waren auf alle Faelle ein paar schoene Tage und ich freue mich nun auf Jana, die mich am Flughafen abholen wird. Bis uebermorgen!!!!
